Two people, one name, no handoffs.
Tonric is Tony and Eric — two names welded into one, because the partnership is the company. We met as classmates at HKUST, then went different ways: Tony into systems architecture at an international bank, Eric into business architecture at a global sports brand. At a HKUST founders' pitching day we met again, traded more ideas than one evening could hold, and decided to build together — one designing the structure of the business, the other the structure of the systems. Our first product came from a very Hong Kong problem: everyone is busy, and a Hyrox training partner is hard to book — so we built a coach that lives in your phone. That is still how we work: find the friction in a real day, then ship the software that removes it.

What is Tonric?
Tonric is Tony and Eric — a founder-led software studio in Hong Kong. We design and build web apps, mobile products, AI features and the systems that connect them.
Who will I work with?
Tony or Eric — from the first conversation through delivery. There is no separate sales team; the people you meet are the people who build.
With AI everywhere, why hire Tonric?
AI has made writing code faster — we use it every day. What it has not changed: turning an idea into a product that actually ships. The design, the workflow, the build, the deployment, and every judgment call in between still need people who will own the outcome with you. Our job is to give you both — the speed of AI, and the two humans who make sure it lands.

A meaningful software problem that needs product judgment as well as engineering: a first version, a difficult rebuild, an AI-assisted workflow, or a product that has stalled.
How does a project run?
We scope a small shippable slice, show working software every week, release early, and let real feedback decide what comes next.

Yes — Tonric is based in Hong Kong and works remotely across APAC, with a clear cadence of decisions, demos and delivery.
What happens after launch?
We stay close to measure, improve and support the product. Launch is a beginning, not the end of responsibility.
